We do not treat consent to optional marketing as a condition of receiving necessary service communication. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.
Sharing, service providers and international transfers
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose only what is necessary to providers that help us operate, including hosting, email or notification, analytics, customer-support and learning-platform providers; professional advisers; and public authorities where the law requires it.
Providers must act under appropriate confidentiality, security and data-processing terms. If information is processed outside Nigeria, we assess the transfer and use safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.
How long we keep information
We review records regularly and delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed, subject to legal, accounting, dispute and security requirements.
Incomplete enquiries and leads: up to 12 months after the last interaction.
Registration and account records: while the account or onboarding relationship is active and up to 24 months after closure or the last meaningful interaction.
Analytics identifiers: up to 14 months, unless consent is withdrawn sooner.
Security and access logs: normally up to 12 months.
Consent, privacy-request and compliance records: up to 6 years where needed to demonstrate compliance.
Backups: deleted records may remain in protected rotating backups for up to 30 days before being overwritten.
Children, students and guardians
Our services may be used by school-age students. We use age-appropriate language and request parent or guardian involvement where consent or supervision is legally required. Parents and guardians should help younger students understand this notice and should not provide a child’s information unless authorised to do so.
If we learn that a child’s information was collected without appropriate authorisation, we will restrict its use and take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact us to request access, correction or deletion.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their devices and account details.
